This 27,500 sq. ft., 2-story facility was originally designed as an antique furniture gallery and was the personal experience of our firm’s founders however the firm was retained approximately ten years later to retrofit the building. Our firm was retained to re-model the building into a premier destination for banquets, weddings and special events with finishes that include marble floors, upscale carpeting, wonderful chandeliers and very dramatic stairs. More recently we were retained for the third time to assist in the remodeling of the existing space into a new up and coming church. The main facilities were converted with the addition of a center stage to a sanctuary while the perimeter spaces were used as offices, fellowship spaces and classrooms. Our new space allocation study showed that the existing exits and restrooms were in a great location as they were able to be left as they were.
