This 15,850 facility was designed as a contemporary medical office complex to support the practices of two doctors and their patients. Initially, we provided multiple design solutions through an in office competition which included (3) different electronic computer generated drive-by birds eye view of the facility. This process allowed the owner a wide variety of options and enhanced the designs with respect to a modern contemporary facility. In addition to the standard interior improvements with regards to waiting area, exam rooms, chart rooms, nurse stations, and other vital support spaces, this facility also included provisions for a future state of the art surgery suite and a fully functioning gym with all the required equipment. This facility’s design elements are unique and has provided the owner with a landmark building that features a forward looking building perspective.
