This existing agricultural center has been in place for quite some time and required more and more maintenance as the years went by. The existing building did not have handicap accessible restrooms and the mechanical systems required replacement. The lack of communication and systems integration made this an ideal building candidate for renovations. Our firm provided complete building renovations to include, ADA accessibility, office spaces and conference rooms. Reconfigured existing restrooms were provide as well as and new handicap accessible restrooms. New systems included lighting, electrical, mechanical, controls, technology and plumbing were provided throughout to serve the new layouts and to provide new code required life safety protection. The exterior was also renovated with new materials that provided a wonderful mix of cost effective beauty while keeping an easily maintainable exterior façade that is both functional and attractive.
