This attractive facility reflects a campus that we master planned and includes a Sanctuary, fellowship building and classroom building. The overall appearance of the sanctuary is a contemporary twist of the traditional church. The owner wanted a theme of an old fashioned Sanctuary with a bell tower and a split face for the “stone” look, and we selected dimensional shingles to emulate slate. The Sanctuary has a traditional floor plan with a central lobby and restrooms and seating for 500 parishioners. The sanctuary has a baptismal alcove as well as pastor’s office spaces behind the stage. The interior materials were carefully selected and include laminated wood beams with tongue and groove decking, hanging light fixtures and ceramic tiles. The wood pews sets the stage and enhance the overall ambiance of the church while providing a welcoming place for the parishioners.
