This project consisted of several diverse components to a renovation and addition project. The first task was to double the current space to 4,000 sq. ft. The second task was to provide access to a second floor space that has a wonderful view of our downtown square. The third task was to renovate an intimidating façade and welcome both clients and window shoppers. These tasks were further challenged by the very tight budget and the real strict time constraints as the owner could not afford to close down for months at a time. We closely worked with the owner and the contractor to design a project that would be both appealing and cost effective with a short construction time frame.
