This commercial project was designed with a residential flavor, but with a wonderful mix of materials and styles that enhance the overall appearance of the project. This facility is actually a retail space that also has a central office space that is Owner occupied and has a two story component. The Owner’s desired to have a private office on the second floor that they can have some privacy while being on the premises and handling the day to day operation of their staffing business. The size of the property allowed for a larger building than they personally required therefore they chose to add leasable retail spaces that complement the office space they required. The solution was an overall design that has a wonderful mixture of residential and light commercial material while blending the office and retail portions of the building in a flawless manner.
