This facility was originally designed for a graphic and printing business and a great deal of effort was used to provide electrical, plumbing and ventilation to the equipment required for the business. After the building was sold, we were retained by the new Owner to re-design the existing building to be able to accommodate an upscale private office. Our task was made easier by the fact that the building had been placed around some oak saplings that now had grown to a wonderful size and created a park like setting for the building. The primary task was to provide accounting offices, conference rooms and an executive office with wonderful paneling, and hand sewn wood planks. This tasteful upscale private office building is both functional and effective. We did provide a small two car addition to house the Owner’s car while he was working. Our solution is simple and elegant while meeting the schedule and the budget.
