This 6,564 sq. ft facility required offices for the staff as well as a multipurpose conference center. The conference center handles in excess of 200 people for various uses. In addition to hosting the monthly Realtors meeting, it also handles groups that lease the facility for the usual social events. To further accommodate these events, a kitchen facility with ancillary spaces was included. This project has been received very well and has spurred other construction blighted area.
